Van Vicker- Ghanian super actor, Van Vicker was said to have been arrested in Lagos for the possession of arms during the week.Van Vicker was scheduled to attend the recently concluded Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) in Lagos on Sunday but he did not showed up.
He was said to have been arrested by the State Security Services (SSS) at the airport in Nigeria when guns were found in his luggage.
He then told the SSS that the guns were props guns brought in for a movie.
The SSS were not convinced enough so he was taken to the SSS office in Ikoyi, Lagos for further investigation, where he spent the night.
His message sent through a BlackBerry Messager (BBM) to Uche Jombo, which she didn’t receive due too low battery, was received the next day.
