Kano Bomb Blast -The death toll is said to be on the increase following the multiple Kano bomb blast on Friday by the Boko Haram sect.
Bomb Blast in Kano – Approximately 165 bodies had been deposited in the various morgues in the city which is said to be the largest casualties suffered from the Boko Haram Islamic Sect.
Most of the injured are being treated at the Murtala Muhammed Hospital in Kofar Nasarawa and Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital on Zaria-Kaduna road.
A morgue official said “We have been receiving dead bodies since last night (Friday) from relief agencies involved in the evacuation of bodies” Other bodies likely lay at other clinics and hospitals in the city.
