This was disclosed by President Jonathan at a special session of the Federal Govt Council (FEC) in honour of victims of the Lagos Plane crash disaster.

This session saw all council members wearing black attires to mourn the departed.

The President reiterated his earlier directive that a comprehensive investigation be administered to determine the causes of the crash.
