Abul Qaqa, Boko Haram Spokesman was arrested by the State Security Service, SSS, in Borno State, yesterday in Maiduguri.

The arrest was said to be effected via a GPS tracking mode which led to Abul Qaqa’s arrest and transportation to Abuja for interrogations.

This was confirmed by a sect member during a telephone interview with newsmen saying ‘’Our spokesman Abul Qaqa was arrested by security operatives yesterday.”

Also, a top SSS official in Borno on a telephone interview said “We have finally picked him up and he is currently in our custody; you can report that as a confirmed development”.
